Double Exposure

Change your point of view

That’s my dream. That’s how I see the life.
I did all the double exposure directly in the camera without using Photoshop or other manipulations.

Fairy Tale in New York

In 2017 I went to New York for my first time. I was so excited not only because it was my first time in the city but especially because I was going there to exhibit six of my photographs! I spent that month going around the cities and those days I was being flooded with new sensations and new feelings. So I started to take photo of what I saw and I started to match together more pictures to transfer my feelings on the same shoot.
That’s the result. Images rich of colour and overlap.

Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.

Light painting

Dancing with the lights

This project comes from 2013. I was studying the technic of “light painting” and I thought that could be interesting to try this technic on myself.
In that period I was living a very “blue” period…my mother was just passed away, I didn’t have a job so all my life was very unhappy.
I was overwhelmed and the only thing I’d loved to do it was to take pictures of myself. The photography was a cathartic tool for me in that moment of my life.
That is one of my cathartic photographic project.
